USM is accepting Doctoral Applications for 2008-09.

Application to the University’s Doctoral Program is open to Graduates from the University’s Master’s Degree Programs. If you are interested in Doctoral level education and are new to USM, please note that completion of one of USM’s M.A. Programs is a prerequisite for applying to the Doctoral Program.  You can find information about USM’s M.A. Programs here.

You can initiate the Application for Admission process to USM’s Psy.D. Program in either of the following ways:

1. Register

                
By PhoneBy phone

Call a member of USM’s Admissions Team, who can receive your Registration and tuition deposit of $1,000 over the phone at (310) 829-7402. You can then download and complete your Doctoral Program Application for Admission, or one can be mailed to you.

In PersonIn person

You can also make an appointment to meet in person with a member of USM’s Admissions Team.

2. Complete Your Application

Complete and submit in full your Doctoral Program Application for Admission.

Applications for USM’s Doctoral Program are due no later than February 1, 2008

The number of Applications USM receives for the Doctoral Program far exceeds the number of spaces available. Applications will not be reviewed for consideration unless they are complete, and accepted students will receive formal notification by mail. In addition to those accepted into the class, a limited number of students will receive notification of preliminary acceptance and be placed on a Waiting List. Students on the Waiting List may have the opportunity to join the class as spaces become available.

If you would like to attend USM’s Doctoral Program as an International Student, please contact the Registrar’s Office for more information regarding USCIS requirements for International Students at the time you are completing your Doctoral Program Application for Admission.
