Since 2001, Dr. Sherry Phelan has served as USM faculty for graduate courses in Spiritual Psychology; Consciousness, Health, and Healing; and Soul-Centered Leadership. She also serves as master of ceremonies for USM's Graduation Cermony each year.

Dr. Phelan is a Mandala artist, executive coach, and upcoming author. Clients seek assistance in areas related to business, health, relationships, life purpose, and life transitions. Her transformational coaching, workshops, and writing draw on principles of spiritual psychology, inner leadership, and conscious creativity.

Sherry has assisted entrepreneurs, leaders, and teams across many industries since starting her business in 1988. For 10 years, her core focus was facilitating strategic roundtables resulting in the launch or expansion of business, products, and services. Executive coaching clients have included Neutrogena, Parsons, Intel, Universal Studios, Disney, Blue Shield, Syncor International, Long Beach Memorial Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, The Ritz-Carlton, Avery Dennison, BP, BAX Global, and others.

Sherry earned her Doctorate and M.S. Degrees in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. She received her M.A. in Spiritual Psychology with an Emphasis in Consciousness, Health and Healing from the University of Santa Monica. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and a BA in Interpersonal Communication from UCLA.

Sherry lives in Southern California where she and her husband are completing the design and building of a new home. She is currently completing a book on the Mandala as a tool for inner leadership and conscious creativity.
