It was a packed house with more than 250 USM Grads attending either live (despite the rain!) or online from all over the United States—representing USM graduating classes from 1988 through 2014!
If you missed it, here is a link to replay the event.
It was a powerful evening of Grads coming together to clarify their intentions to be of service in the world using their USM education.
Our beloved Ron Hulnick kicked off the evening with a powerful overview of the Spiritual Context for Coaching, illustrating how USM’s Soul-Centered Professional Coaches are uniquely prepared to do the much-needed work of facilitating Authentic Success for their clients—supporting profound transformation and Awakening on the Goal line and on the Soul line.
SCPC Faculty Michelle Abend Bauman and Carolyn Freyer-Jones supported participants in exploring their individual callings through large group sharing and a journal-writing process designed to clarify their Heart’s Desires and identify anything that had stood in the way up until now.
I was so moved by the heartfelt questions, concerns, and doubts that Grads shared as they used the evening to consider their future with the altitude of Possibility & Divine Inspiration. This was just a small taste of what’s to come through the transformational seven-month Program led by Michelle & Carolyn along with Guest Faculty Steve Chandler, Ron & Mary Hulnick, and Robert Holden.
And since many of you are calling and wanting to know “How will I use my USM education to create a meaningful living for myself?” and “What kinds of successes are SCPC graduates having in their careers now?” we closed the evening by hearing the unique journeys of these SCPC Grads.
Debra Azar shared her fear of being a guinea pig for the first SCPC Class, and yet when she followed her heart to pursue the program, it led to inspiration, creativity, and Turning Pro.
Nicola Albini shared his transition from working in his family’s business to striking out on his own as a professional coach who now has a full practice, including a new way of contributing by working on the family business.
Helen Bradley captivated us with her courageous decision to apply although she had no idea if or how the tuition would manifest! Not only did she Co-Create abundance throughout her time in the SCPC Program, but she also has tripled her income, created a new 1:1 coaching practice, and continues to facilitate her beloved expressive arts workshops.
Scott Bertone shared about his re-entry struggles following his extraordinary two-year journey at USM. Proving his worth to people on the Goal Line no longer served as a strong motivator, and he had lost track of his direction. Through the Program, he reconnected with his childhood dream to help struggling family businesses—exactly what he does now through his successful coaching practice.
It’s not too late to benefit from this interactive and exploratory evening for Grads, including the self-reflective process on Answering Your Calling.
As a result of this inspiring event, I’m receiving an unprecedented number of calls. I’ve invited Tammi Scott and Lisa Peake (Program Director, ’13) to join me in scheduling calls to answer your important questions and to support you in completing your SCPC Application before USM closes for the holidays on December 24.
