“Dreams are the language of the Soul.”
Marion Woodman

Have you ever awakened from a dream feeling confused, disturbed, or even inspired?

Have you ever wondered what your dreams mean?

Dreams are a powerful tool for self-discovery, personal growth, and creative expression. But, if you don’t know how to engage with them, you’re missing out on a wealth of valuable information and insights.

Learning to consciously experience and deeply understand your dreams can be a transformative experience. By grasping the symbols and messages hidden within your dreams, you can:

  • Gain deeper insight into yourself—your body, thoughts, beliefs, emotions, relationships, and the wisdom of your higher self.
  • Identify areas of your life that need attention or healing.
  • Tap into your creativity and solve problems in new and innovative ways.
  • Make more fulfilling choices within your life.
  • Live a life replete with moments of joy and heightened awareness.

Imagine being able to use your dreams to guide you towards a more fulfilling and successful life.

Imagine waking up every morning feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to take on the day.

Imagine having a clear understanding of your purpose in life and the steps you need to take to achieve it.

Get ready to unveil the hidden potential of your dreams and gain profound insights into your life.

It’s time to take the leap and learn the art of dream interpretation.

Sure, there are countless resources like books, websites, and online forums out there to guide you on this journey. Here is a course in which you can immerse yourself in a transformative experience with like-minded people, supported by a joyfully enthusiastic fellow traveler.

Nine fundamental dream interpretation skills are presented sequentially to lay the groundwork for effectively exploring, with increasing depth, the potential of a dream. Not all nine skills are needed in every dream exploration: they are offered for use as relevant.

Evolve your ability to grasp the multi-layered meanings in a dream. Upon completion of the course, you will have at your fingertips a set of skills you can use for yourself and others to reveal the mystery and magic in dreams.

Dream Explorer Overview

Laying The Groundwork

We immerse ourselves in a series of dreamwork skills.

  • Contemplating The Dream: After waking, recalling & recording the dream, consider and record, in the context of your current life, any further thoughts or associations that emerge.
  • Entering The Dream: Re-read the dream as if it’s happening now, and consider what aspect(s) of it you’re most drawn to explore.
  • Speaking with Your Dream Images: Select a symbol and have a conversation/interaction with that person, place or thing.
  • Exploring & Embodying Aspects and Symbols: Become that symbol and respond to your own questions.

Observing the Dream Self

We consider 4 major categories of dreams and learn another skill:

Observing the Dreaming Self: Here, we occupy a position of altitude, outside the dream, and speak with neutral acceptance of what we observe and notice about the dreamer, the setting, the other actors, the symbols and the story of the dream.

Uncovering Your Dream's Intention

We open with some dream sharing from participants, apply this new dreamwork skill, and explore a Jungian dreamwork approach.

Uncovering Your Dream’s Intention: Discover the higher purpose of a dream you’ve worked with. What does the dream ask you to learn? How might the dream point the way to further progress in your own growth in consciousness?

Evolving The Dream

We look at yet another category of dream, and use a skill that involves actually re-dreaming your dream.

Evolving The Dream: How we can use a dream we’ve understood to actually grow within the dream itself, stepping forward to implement part or all of its inherent opportunity.

Calling Forth Creative or Transformative Dreams

We continue further with Jungian approaches, including inspiration from Carolyn Grant Fahey. Two Closing Skills are presented and utilized.

Resolving Your Dream’s Intention: Creating an Action Plan that will fulfill whatever healing or growth you dream’s deeper intention indicates

Calling Forth Creative or Transforming Dreams: A closed eye process that supports connecting with the dreaming energy and requesting or evoking a future dream that will carry you into your next steps on all levels of who you are.

“Dreams are the royal road to the unconscious.”
Sigmund Freud

Online Experiential Education—USM Style

Highlights of the USM online classroom experience include:

  • Online classes are conducted in a supportive educational environment.
  • Facilitator talks are followed by three-person “trio” processes through which participants can directly experience the concepts and information presented, discovering for themselves the value and workability of these skills.
  • Large group sharing follows each trio process during which students share their experiences from the trio and ask questions.
  • Sharing segments are opportunities to witness and experience Healing and to learn directly from the facilitators.
  • The participants become a supportive community of like-minded and like-hearted individuals.

“This was a truly transformative and beautiful process. It helped me connect with my soul and the sacredness of my dreams. Even the ones with a gaping hole 🦋 are portals to divine Grace.”
“I absolutely loved the course. Hearing Johanna sharing her own dreams and her process through dreaming was enlightening for me. The responses she offered to participating dreamers as they shared their dreams … wow … really opened my heart.”
