Dr. Cindy Lou Golin is a life coach, executive coach, facilitator, and instructional designer with decades of experience focused on human transformation. She graduated in 1999 from USM with a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology and later completed USM’s Soul-Centered Leadership and Soul-Centered Professional Coaching Programs. In addition, she assisted the faculty in the Soul-Centered Facilitation Program. Cindy Lou has a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology, a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, and a number of other graduate-level degrees and certificates, including Clinical Psychology, Creative Expression, Spiritual Guidance, and Spiritual Science. She is a Certified Fire Walk instructor and holds a Professional Certified Coach credential with the International Coaching Federation.
Dr. Golin has served on faculty in transformational programs at JFK University, Ken Wilber’s Integral Institute, Ten Directions, and Two Arrows Zen Real LIFE Academy. She has had the privilege of working with a variety of clients across six continents, including Fortune 500 companies, Ivy League educators, C-suite executives, Olympic and professional athletes, actors, reality show stars, fine artists, writers, aerial artists, musicians, doctors, nurses, lawyers, spiritual teachers, yoga instructors, coaches, facilitators, small business owners, students, prison inmates, educators, parents, and more.
Cindy Lou helps clients untie their egoic knots and experience themselves more fully and freely. She has a knack for helping clients translate new learnings into meaningful practices that create ongoing, sustainable change. She has decades of experience designing transformational learning programs (both in-person and virtual) and supports other facilitators and leaders in transformational design and delivery.
While first attending USM back in 1997, Cindy Lou experienced life-changing transformation. This inspired her to step into a more authentic, courageous, and adventurous inner and outer life. She’s participated in spiritual journeys in Africa, India, and Jerusalem as well as working and playing all over Europe, Canada, the US, and other places around the globe. She’s run multiple marathons and climbed to the summit of Kilimanjaro. She founded a social entrepreneurial venture, Global Wrapshare, that involved connecting with amazing people in Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, and India, including a group of Tibetan Nuns in Dharamsala.
Cindy Lou is the author of The Shadow Playbook: Over 100 Ways to Shine Light on More of Who You Already Are. While Dr. Golin is considered an authority and expert in the area of human transformation, she describes herself as a perpetual student, who loves to play and enjoy Beginner’s Mind. Cindy Lou lives in a small market town in England with her husband, Martyn, where they love wandering the local footpaths and connecting with nature.
